Contempo charges from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) tied three parties to $three.5 meg in fraudulent activities.

The SEC has pressed charges of fraud against Donald Blakstad, crypto mining outfit Free energy Sources International Corporation (ESI) and vehicle part visitor Xact Holdings Corporation, according to a Jan. 8 certificate from the committee.

The document described ESI equally "a purported cryptocurrency mining operation."

Millions swindled
