How to Mount your SimpliSafe Video Doorbell Pro

Find a suitable location to install your SimpliSafe doorbell. I advise that you mount it 4 feet from the ground in a way that your entire front yard is visible from the location of installation.
Using the provided wall plate as a reference, mark the three holes required for mounting the doorbell. The hole in the middle has to go through the wall because you will be using that hole to pull the adapter wires. The two holes at the top and bottom will be used to secure the wall plate onto the wall.
Use a 3/16inch (4.75mm) bit to drill the smaller holes at the top and bottom. Use a 11/32inch (9mm) drill bit to drill the bigger hole in the middle to pull the wires.
Using the 1-inch screws provided in the kit, secure the wall plate on to the wall. You can use the angled-base provided in the kit depending on whether you need a better angle for your SimpliSafe Video Doorbell.
Now pull the adapter wires through the middle hole and connect it to the two screws on the wall plate (The order does not matter).
Place the SimpliSafe Video Doorbell Pro on the wall plate and carefully slide it into place.
Connect the adapter to the transmitter for the chime and plug the other end into the indoor power outlet.
Give it a few minutes, and your SimpliSafe doorbell should now start working.

Setting up SimpliSafe Video Doorbell Pro With the SimpliSafe App

Install the SimpliSafe app from the app store.
Sign up with your email and password if you haven't already.
Click on "Activate Monitoring" button in the center of your SimpliSafe app.
Either scan QR code on the bottom of your SimpliSafe Doorbell Base Station or enter the serial number manually.
To set up the camera, click on "setup SimpliCam".
Type a name for your property and tap next.
Enter your Wi-Fi network and password.
